December 2000: Opened Haesung Fisheries (individual business) (CEO Min-Sung Shin)

August 2006: Established Haesung S.F. Co., Ltd. (conversion to corporation, CEO Min-Sung Shin)

April 2010: Established Daejeon Office and Gwangju Office
